: the contact stated the instrument cluster failed and the gear shift indicator did not illuminate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who recommended replacing the instrument cluster to repair the problem. However, the instrument cluster previously was replaced for the same problem.
Vehicle keeps jumping out of gear. Dealer claims it is due to a defective transmission which has been replaced 3 times. Defect keeps reoccurring. Dealer also claims there is no solution. Transmission will eventually fail.
