2010 Chevrolet Silverado. Consumer writes in regards to accessory power module safety recall. The consumer stated the hybrid control module was failed and there would be no parts available to repair it. The manufacturer denied repair assistance and would not buy back the vehicle. The vehicle's mileage was 149,169.
The front driver side window regulator cable frayed and had to be replaced. The window has always been used in a normal fashion but should not have worn so soon. Being defective so soon made it very difficult to locate a replacement regulator and took me two weeks to locate one that was not special order.
