The 2020 Silverado 1500, 4wd, LTZ, 3.0 Duramax was bought from the dealer in June 2020 and at the time of the test drive the A/C didn’t work and I had to wait to pick it up a few days later.
I experienced a couple of times during the summer that the A/C would not come on for 10 miles or so and was getting worse. It totally died last week while in Houston visiting family and made an appointment at the Chevy dealer. Today, the service advisor said it was going to be a week for the parts to fix???
I traded a 2010 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X that had ZERO service issues since new and I expected better for a vehicle that sold for twice as much.
