This Preliminary information communicates A vehicle may have a tick noise from the engine cold, initial start in the morning. A lifter may not have sufficient amount of oil during cold start operation (not pumped up).  As information comes in the Pi will be updated and when the final repair is out this this PI will be changed to a BulletinÂ
