My 19 Silverado 1500 LT has the Shakes/Vibrations and was sold to me as such./. I bought the vehicle online and had the vehicle pre-inspected but the mechanic did not drive it on the freeway or at highway speeds. It is intermittent. At first I thought it was simply the road or quality of the road. Then I assumed it was the tires since it came with off-road style being a Z-71; I was able to get the dealership to throw in some new BF Goodrich tires. The shake will occur suddenly at highway speeds and will last about 2-3 seconds, even on the smoothest Tollways it still occurs. Not continuously, but very suddenly and in no set pattern in time or external affecting factors..
