The dealer said they would trouble shoot it for $150.00 per hour open ended . This is obviously a manufacturer's defect, yet there is no recall or guidance for dealers to do the quick fix

Several times I would start the truck and there was no radio turn signal or chime noises. Sometimes by turning ignition & restarting, the noise comes back. Sometimes it would just come back on by itself. Sometimes it does not come back on at all until the next start.
