My wife and I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71. Worse mistake we ever made. The manufacturer will not own up to this and should be recalled. Something electrical messed up in our oil pump. It is a costly repair, one dealership said it will be over 2,000.00 dollars. The warranty company refuses to pay for the repair. But before this happened the air conditioner went out luckily the remaining warranty we had from the dealership paid for the repairs. The reason Endurance refuses to pay for the oil pump repair is because of the size of the tires on our vehicle. We do not understand why the dealership's remaining warranty did not mention anything about the size of the tires and as previously stated, they fixed our air conditioner. It also has a bad vibration when our speed is over 50, it makes a loud sound when we put it in gear sometimes as well.
Needless to say, this has been one of the worst deals we have ever had to deal with. We are thinking hard about hiring an attorney for a civil lawsuit because this is ridiculous.
