The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not covered under GMC Special Coverage Number: N15170099. The failure mileage was approximately 71,000.

In addition, the contact was not notified that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 17V414000 (steering). An independent mechanic stated that the radiator needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was contacted. The dealer was not notified. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was not available.
