camshaft gear pin sheared, due to camshaft seizure

GM has issued a product improvement procedure (pip5168c) for this issue April 16, 2014. Stating that this could happen as early as during the pre-delivery inspection. I have called the GM complaint number and told them everything. I now wait for the verdict.
