Radio in the infotainment system when on XM does not come on when the vehicle is turned on sometimes, even though the radio is in the on position. Dealer replaced the radio but now the XM changes volume to very low on its own when I am driving. The only way to get the volume to come up is to turn the radio off XM to AM or FM or use my paired phone to go off radio. When I return to XM then the XM works.
Dealer has worked hard to repair this issue, but no repair to date has worked. This problem even happen when the Dealer's employee drove the Truck.
