I have been a Chevy buyer since my first a1957 Chevy 210, then:
1965 Chevy
1968 Chevy PU
1970 Impala
1978 Suburban
1982 ??(small car) This had a motor problem Chevy COULD NOT fix so traded for Impala
1985 Chevy PU
1998 Chevy PU
2010 Chevy PU Texas Edition which just came down with a HUGE PROBLEM today.
Seams a lot of people are having this same problem with their 2010 Silverado.
Silverado would engage it's stabilitrack control. When this happens it slows the speed and runs very rough. The truck would move but very slowly and it felt as if you had no control over it. Truck has been good until today (06292017). Have read many fixes BUT seams the problem comes back. Need GM to FIX. this problem
Engine light came on as well as the service stabilitrack light. Truck was running rough and almost stalling and display saying low engine power. And it is not the first time. It happen three times since I've hand the truck. The second times I took it in to dealer. They changed out the accelerator harness at my expense ($500 and some odd dollars,) it lasted about a year and a half, now it have done it again. This should be on the recall list.
I've bought my truck and I was in love with it for about six months. I've had it back to the dealer 3 times in under two years. Each time it's cost me at least $ 500 dollars. Tomorrow will be the fourth time. My stabiltrack and service engine light came back on. I hit my Onstar and had them do a test to see what my latest issue is with this truck. I have a bad cylinder. Again! This was one of my issues before. They replaced the plugs and ignition harness and said I was good to go. Now have the same issue. Ready to buy a different brand of truck. This is beyond an issue. I've had 1700.00 dollars in just repairs in this $47,000 dollar piece. Should be on the recall list, Mary!

Engine light came on as well as the service stabilitrack light. Truck was running rough and almost stalling when idling. My local mechanic changed out all the spark plugs and I thought I was all set. This was the start to a long, long, still unsolved problem with this truck.
