Why did Chevrolet do away with the grease fitting on the front end parts of vehicles stating they are permanently lubed? My 1998 Silverado had 125,00 miles on it when I traded it in and never had any front end work done to it. This one has upper and lower ball joints worn out on the drivers side. I am sure the passenger side will be next. What damn engineer made this decision? Stupid!
