Bought this 2007 Silverado in July of 2018. It had 28,111 miles on it when I brought it home. Now has 42,000 miles on it, and I have been plagued with interior wiring harness problems. First to show up was dash lights going on and off. Now at 42,000 miles the heater/air conditioner blower motor quits working, I have to go up under the dash at the blower motor and jiggle wires to make it come back on. Loose connections at the Speed Control Resistor and wires going to the blower motor.
Truck was made in Mexico. This was a one owner vehicle when I bought it, and the owner never said if he ever had problems with interior wiring harness issues. I am wondering now what else is going to start failing. Surely there are some kind of recalls on this issue by now. Truck was purchased locally in 2007 new by first owner.
