Ever since we bought our vehicle, the a/c has made a rattling sound, like the blower motor is going out. Took it to dealer, had the mechanic get in so he could hear it because at that time it did not do it all the time. He heard it, opened the glove box, listened, and said yep, it's the blower. They replaced the blower and it still does it. Has never quit doing it and now basically does it all the time, but dealership says they don't know what is making it do this. So, never been fixed.
