My new 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab pickup had a vibration like from a tire off balance or out of round from the very beginning. I returned it to the dealer, who finally told me after four attempts to correct the problem, that this was a normal operating charastic of this truck and that no fix was available. The truck is worthless to me because the vibration and jolting is so bad that we cannot begin to take the vehicle on long road trips. GM refused to do anything about the problem. I am now trying the BBB Auto Line program, however from what I read, this is not usually a solution for the owner. I was a long time GM customer. We purchased 9 GM vehicles in the last 15 years.. this will be my last.
