when you hit a small to medium bump, you can hear the rattle what seems to under the dash. you can also feel it in the steering wheel. i have had a mechanic check the steering column but that does not seem to be the problem. i do not know what is wrong, but something is very wrong. the rattle is a pain in the neck. can someone tell me what is causing this rattle
