About two months ago is when I first noticed the wipers did not operate when I tried using the switch but after a couple of times cycling them on and off they started working. As of today cycling on and off does nothing to help get them turned on. Of course the only time you need them is when its raining but when you need them to work and they don't it causes a MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD!
