I have a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado.5 ton. I have had a problem with the fuel level sensor and a check engine light for the last 8 months. My speedometer started to act very jittery for about 2 months and now it does not work at all. It is stuck pointing straight down. Two dealers said they are seeing this a lot, and have a very long back order for parts.
On 4/1/2003, took delivery of a Chevrolet 3500 P/up VIN:[xxx] it has a sudden acceleration. Dealer has had vehicle 3 weeks GM has no cure, they want to drive it and try and capture the data to fix it. My insurance co doesn't want them to drive it because of liability. Where do I go from here. Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
