Contact S had an automobile accident three months ago. While driving at 45 mph a dog ran across contact's vehicle and it hit a tree. Most of the damage was done right in the middle of the car. The upon impact, driver's side air bag did not deploy. Did not think the passenger's side has an air bag because of the year of the car. He was the only one in the car at the time. The contact sustained an injury. He cut his tongue. He has not talked to a dealer or the manufacturer.
I had a wreck in my 1995 Chevrolet Silverado. It totaled my truck. The air bag did not deploy. I called Chevrolet and they came out to investigate and never did anything about it.
Consumer states that while driving the vehicle vehicle was in a head on collision. Consumer states that both front air bags did not deploy. Dealer notified.

When driving a frontal impact occurred, seat and belt did not hold. Also, the air bag sensor was cracked, and the air bag did not deploy. Dealer contacted and they will not remedy the problem. Do not have the appropriate information on the product to remedy the problem. Driver was injured, and out of work. Provide further information.
Consumer was driving approximately 35-40 mph when she hit a hole in the road that threw vehicle one foot off the road into a light pole, hitting the passenger front light area, the air bag did not deploy. The steering whell is dislocated. Consumer will provide VIN.# at later time.
