This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles equipped with radio Regular Production Option Code UFU, UP9, UHQ, UHK, UFW, UHR, UHJ, or UFF when the display shows Theft Locked. Technician will pull the radio fuse for five minutes and reevaluate the concern. If the concern is no longer present, release the vehicle to the customer and advise that we are working on a permanent solution for this concern.
