every time i try to fill my tank the pump shuts off as if it were full. It takes me about a half hour to put 10 gallons in it. As soon as I start pumping the tank neck fills up and starts to spill out. I took the tank out and examined it and everything seems to be functional but I don't have knowledge of any kind of e-vap system if there is one.
