The contact owns a 2002 Chevrolet S-10. While driving approximately 30 mph with the brake pedal engaged, the ABS warning indicator illuminated and the vehicle began to shake. The failure recurred on several occasions at various speeds. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the front wheel hubs were faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 45,500. Updated 8/19/15
