While traveling on the highway and without prior warning, the vehicle will lose power and shut down. Dealership is aware of the problem. Consumer states that if you have driven this vehicle until it is warmed up and or have in hot weather, and shut it off, or idle for some time, and try to start it back up, the temperature of the engine has risen and the clutch fan kicks in, if a person accelerates, the engine will lose a lot of power.
Every three thousand miles the vehicle burns 2 1/2 quarts of oil. Took to dealer to have oil consumption test, front end makes popping noise, sensor changed less than 1000 miles and transmission slips. Nlm
Engine has stalled four times unexpectedly while driving at any speed. Dealership has replaced the following components: Catalytic converter/ fuel pump/ oxygen sensor, and ignition switch. All repairs have failed to effectively remedy the problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
Electrical/ at times it will not start, engine turns over but no fire, fuel, ect.30min later it starts. Engine/ burning 1qt. Of oil per 1,000 miles, dealer knows, at this time nothing done, dealer states defective oil passeges
While driving vehicle cuts off without prior warning. Once vehicle had been driven for more than 10,000miles it began to experience engine failure. Vehicle has been to dealer repair shop 10times. Manufacturer was contacted, no resolution at this time. Please provide furthur details.
