2000 Chevy S-10 left front wheel separated from vehicle. The tire struck the fender as it came off. The vehicle slid to a stop on it's undercarriage/suspension. The wheels had been put on the vehicle two days prior to this accident and had only been driven about 60 miles. Only one lug nut was found.
Lugs: Bolts!!! two (2) lug bolts broke off. Lost part of bolts and nuts. A third bolt and nut fell off when GMC dealer robert brogden auto plaza in olathe Kansas was replacing all five (5) lug bolts on the right front. I have 15 more lug bolts on this car. When will they break? ron carter refused to replace the remaing bolts free of charge.
