Consumer had vehicle parked outside of her home and she was hearing a noise. She had her husband listen to it. They took vehicle to dealership, and mechanic took wheels off and noticed that rivit groves wore into the stator. When they had to replace brakes pads and shoes, they had to remachine the stator to remove the groves. The destruction of the front disk brake pads groved the front wheel stator causing the front wheel to pull to the right.
When applying brakes, pedal stiffens and vehicle pulls to the right. Sometimes the brakes lock up, allowing vehicle to keep going after application of brakes. Calipers and rotors have already been repaired twice.
While pulling into driveway by depressing the brake pedal vehicle went into extended stopping distance, causing vehicle to run into wall. Dealer has been contacted, and can't duplicate problem. Please provide further informaton.
When it rains only the left brake works and it throws the truck to the left off the road. The G.M. Corp lied and said there was no problems, but the brake problem still exsit. G.M. refused to give me a report of there findings, they said that it was G.M. property, and they did not work on it they just inspected it, but affter haveing another machanic take a look at it he found where G.M. had worked on it. It is worse now then it was. I have been lied to by the dealership and G.M. on more than one occation. The problem still exsit and is getting worse every day.
Brakes were applied when other vehicle suddenly cut in front of driver and then abruptly applied brakes.brakes failed to respond.driver swerved to avoid rear end collision.vehicle began to skid, striking a concrete pole.at no time did the brakes ever stop the vehicle.the vehicle only stopped after striking the concrete pole.
While driving on a sandy road consumer could step on the brake pedal, but brakes won't respond, forcing consumer to drive off the road to avoid an accident.
Anti-lock brakes are not working. When consumer applies brakes the pedal goes all the way to the floor. The pedal is soft. Vehicle will stop five feet from the destination. Vechicle has been taken to the dealership five times.
While driving at 35 mph and approaching an intersection consumer stepped on the brakes and the vehicle did not stop.upon this problem withthe brakes was also hammering the consumer's foot.
ABS system is working intermittently, and the steering wheel is pulling to the right. Right front brakes locked when driver then on curve, spinning vehicle to the right. Brakes were applied a second time and again they locked causing vehicle to roll over three times. Dealer can't determine the cause.
While driving at 45 mph clutch cable broke without prior warning. Also, wire harnees shorted out/ brakes are working intermittently/ there is some type of knocking noise within the vehicle, and the left coil spring had to be replaced.
Was traveling approximately 40mph & had to slam on brakes. Rearended vehicle in front, which had stopped short. At the time brakes were applied, did not feel ABS system working. Taking vehicle to dealer to check it.
When applying brakes during an emergency stopping situation truck did not stop and floated out into the intersection, almost causing a crash. This happened while pulling out of the driveway on a dry road surface. The problem was not reported to dealership. Please provide any furthe details.
