Chevrolet ball joint recalls campaigns 01I8000 / 01V20000 sent in all required qualifing information to cheverolet customer service / GM denies my refund for ball joint repair.....knowing my information is correct.... I want to know how to get my refund does cheverolet have to be forced by the government like Dodge to do the right thing ??.
Vehicle makes a growling noise upon acceleration. Also clatters and clinks. Dealer claims can't hear a noise. Also gas gauge malfunctions, shows a full tank, even though truck has only 1/4 of a tank.
