Airbag light comes on, indicating there is a problem with airbag system which may deploy unexpectedly, and may result a crash. Also, it may not deploy in event of a crash, and wont protect occupant in crash.
While driving at 50 mph on wet and icy pavement, vehicle slid across the road, causing the front of the vehicle to hit the guardrail. The other part of vehicle hit the wall, and driver's side air bag didn't deploy.
Consumer was driving on highway at 40 mph, had to apply brakes in an emergency situation which caused the vehicle to go airborne and landed in a ditch. Air bag did not deploy. Dealer notified.
Consumer ran a red light and hit another vehicle at approx 25 mph. Upon impact, airbag did not depoly. Dealer notified, and informed consumer to bring vehicle in for inspection.
While driving 35 mph the vehicle had a frontal impact on 2 vehicles, and the driver's air bag did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in the accident. Cause unknown.

When rear ended another vehicle going 40 mph the driver's side air bag did not deploy, and driver hit his face on the steering wheel. The vehicle is being repaired at this point.
Truck rear ended another vehicle and the air bag did not deploy, causing the driver to suffer some head injury. The truck only had a driver's side air bag. The truck is at the shop, and the dealer has not determine anything yet concerning the air bag not deploying.
