When brakes were pressed vehicle automatically turned left. Dealer had advised consumerthat problem was due to a rust problem which were natural causes, and would disappear in a couple of days. Defect was still presisted, and consumer was involved in an accident because he did not have full control of vehicle.
Entire brake system failed-dealer claims battery acid was the cause. What is avoiding future failures? I would like more infomation so that I might make an informed decision about driving this vehicle in the future. What do car manufacturers do when this type of failure happens, they seemed kind of matter-of-fact about the whole thing. I hope this information is helpful. Please call if you have any questions
Consumer was driving on highway at 40 mph, had to apply brakes in an emergency situation which caused the vehicle to go airborne and landed in a ditch. Air bag did not deploy. Dealer notified.
