The contact owns a 1995 Chevrolet S10. While driving 55 mph in the rain, the windshield wipers completely stopped. There was a recall on the windshield wipers; however, the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign id number 98V150001 (visibility:windshield wiper/washer).
