When looking vehicle over owner discovered that the location of the emergency brake cable is wearing on the rear axle spring and the fuel tank strap, wearing the fuel tank strap and the brake cable in half. The dealer is not awear of the problem. Owner will be contacting the manufacturer.
While driving vehicle the emergency brake cable froze, became loaded with ice which deflected cable, causing brakes to lock up, resulting in brakes and axle seals smoking and overheating.
