The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front struts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 10E002000 (suspension). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 60,000.
