Clunking noise from the steering column. Service writer took the info & an hour later informed me that problem was fixed and I owed $108!!!! no communication, no estimate, no nothing but this charge, even though I have an extended warranty and GM knows about this problem. Said they lubed a neoprene seal on the intermediate shaft of the steering column.
