Blower motor rusts and shorts due to water submersion due to condensation in the summer (running the A/C), then rain water in the fall, and melted snow in the winter from outside. somehow water gets in the car through the blower motor and floods the passenger floor.. I replaced the motor myself for about $100.00. still having water issues. and now this motor is starting to rust.
