I was rotating my tires and as a general rule, I always check for play in the front end. Sure enough, the driver's side wheel wobbled up and down and left to right! Clearly a safety concern. I replaced it myself, so the labor was pretty cheap!! The bearing itself put a nice dent in my wallet!!
