The drivers seat collapsed forward while driving. When taken to be repair was told by dealer that the collapsing was a normal feature of the vehicle. Nlm
During hard braking, the seats fold forward throwing the occupants toward the dash. Dealer stated that the condition was normal and the seat would lock during a crash.
