The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu maxx. The contact states that she has a dislocation of the SC joint, sternum and the collar bone. Caused by telescoping of the steering wheel. The manufacturer stated that she would be receiving a call, and caller explained to them that she could not be reached until after 5:30 pm. She spoke to a lot of people, and many of them very rude because she could not be reached until after 5 pm and that was all they could tell her because it was after GM business hours.
