17259 - Service Update. Some vehicles may have excessive current feedback to the DC-DC converter module through the OnStar battery backup wiring connected to the main battery. The driver may experience the stop/start functionality inhibited and the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) illuminated. Remove the F18 fuse.
