After purchasing my 2015 Malibu about 600 miles I started hearing a popping sound from the right front part of the car when I hit a bump. If car was to wobble from bumpy road, speed bumps and also now to point when I back out and turn wheel to right it popped loudly to point it sounded like my tire popped against the fender.
I took it to dealer now two times and so far they can't figure out what it is. Yes they heard it, but no clue. I traded in my 2014 Malibu which
I purchased in October 2014 and had multiple issues with it. One of the issues was same issue, popping sound from front end on right side same dealer opinion. Also had hesitation issues with 2014 Malibu. Got tired of hearing drive it until it breaks down. I traded the 2014 in on an upgrade of a Malibu for a 2015 in May 2015.
Now faced with same popping issues on right side of car once again. Should I trade it also I am wondering and go to the Impala which I have been in now for 2 days as courtesy car. No popping on it. I feel its now only on the Malibu as I have driven other Chevy products like the Cruze while my car was in for service no issue while driving it until I got my pain in the ass back.
I am sick of having to spend my time taking the car back in for service and no resolutions. I feel I just need to trade again for issue that continue with 2014-2015 Malibu's. Being an owner of both year models and same issue then it is an issue with the Malibu parts.
