This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that upon starting the vehicle there is lack of air flow through the Heating and Air Conditioning vents and that the indicators on the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning Controls are not illuminated. Technician will need to reprogram the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning Control Module using the Service Programming System.
