The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the thermostat needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 13V567000 (visibility). The failure mileage was 30,000.
