This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that one or all door locks are inoperative, "Rear Door Ajar" message is displayed, and Interior lights are on unwanted. Technician will need to inspect the harness routing both rear doors. Technician should also inspect the wire harness in both front doors for pinched wires.
