The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. While driving approximately 40 mph and making a right turn, there was an abnormal noise coming from the front passenger side wheel. The failure recurred on one occasion. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 45,000.
