The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the seat belt on the passenger's side failed to latch and unlatch correctly. The seat belt remained locked in the latch position and required several attempts to unlatch. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
Front passenger seatbelt female receiver buckle will not latch the male portion of the seatbelt. This was first noted when my grandson was trying to put on the seatbelt. I was driving on the freeway at the time. The problem continues ever since.
