We purchased this car in March of 2011. Right from the start there was a lot of rattling and banging. We have taken it in four different times, they replaced a mount on the left strut. That didn't fix the problem. We took it back and we were told that it is road noise, because the car is better sealed now and we hear the noise from the tires. We took it to another dealer and they replaced sway bar links and found a metal punch in the left side fender area. That made no difference. The times we took it to the dealers, they have checked the rear, and assured us that there was no problem there, but it still rides rough and makes loud banging noises. They explained that the new 2012 cars ride the same, so they will not do any work on ours.
