Both headlights went out at the same time. The brights worked. I assumed it was something electrical because the odds of both headlights blowing at the same time seemed suspect. Took it to the dealer and told them. They looked and looked and didn't find anything. Replaced both headlight bulbs and charged me $250. They didn't align the headlights properly so I had to learn how to do that myself.
