The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact stated that the glass in the sunroof shattered and crumbled. The contact stated that nothing had struck the glass prior to the failures. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer was told there had been no other complaints about the sunroof shattering. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 58,000. Updated 10/17/12 the consumer stated the sunroof was in the closed position. The remainder of the glass crumbled into small pieces. Updated 10/18/12
