This Power Steering Indicator and SERVICE SVG is very annoying and taxing on my fears! I am a subscriber of OnStar, and I have monthly diagnostics done on my car, and it has never indicated an issue. I recently just had "Sara Lee" get both emission and stated required inspection on 3/2. As I was driving my mother home, I noticed that my steering wheel started to shake and make a funny noise. The dashboard reflected the message. I pulled over, turned off the ignition and let the car rest. When I turned it back on, the message was gone; (yippee) Driving home, it came back on again, again, again. I pulled over 3 times. During this hazard, the steering wheel is hard to turn.
