I am yet again disappointed with buying this car "brand new". I thought for sure by buying new off the show room with little to no miles, I wouldn't have all the issues that this car has. This car has been leaking water into the passenger floor board and so much has leaked that the water spread to the rear seating and soaked the back right rear seating floor carpeting. The chevy dealership I currently have it at, is at best, maybe knowledgeable? I do believe now they just are there to take more of your money. I don't know how it is you take a car in for it's milestone checkups and yet they don't catch any issues (such as this water damaged carpet and constant leak), and they dismissed the initial report of this problem as just normal from the a/c unit. Yet, they are "certified" ASE mechanics with all the latest technology to make sure the problem once reported, can be looked into and fixed. Nope, not the case. My car is currently in the dealership for repairs due to a recent car accident, so I don't know what the fix is for the a/c leak. I'm hoping to find out once the collision repairs are done. I also don't know the cost because they don't know how bad the problem could be.
