I have a Chevrolet Malibu 2005, the sidewalls of the tires are cracking and I need to replace them. I have only had my vehicle for a year and a half. I have always kept up my services and tire rotations. I have another vehicle 2005 with different tires and never had any problems. My front passenger tire blew out due to the sidewall cracking. I now have to replace all four tires. Due to this problem. I shouldn't have to pay for them, they should be replaced at manufacturer's expense due to all the damages I have recently read up on this problem.
Failure was a sidewall blowout. Cause was a slight curb strike. This 2005 Chevrolet Malibu has 1200 miles. This is the second tire failure, the first one happened at 850 miles.
