Dealer says $500 + to investigate where water is leaking from outside into the vehicle and onto the floorboards where it collects. Have to scoop out water then lay towels on then spray so the mold doesn't get too bad. Tried putting a cover over the car when it rains, but this does not work when driving.
Every time it rains, water gets into the trunk of the car. I didn't discover the problem until I had a flat tire (don't use the trunk much). When I opened the trunk it smelled like mildew. I found that the water was collecting down inside where the donut is held. The water had caused things to rust and I was unable to remove the donut by myself. Had to call a towing company to change my tire for me. I can't figure out where the water is coming in from.

Good luck using your trunk! Water leaks in every time it rains. Expect anything in the trunk to be ruined...
